The Have A Heart Foundation through its free clinic, provides all aspects of cardiovascular care. Since we our a free standing Cardiovascular clinic our prices for testing are substantially lower.

New Patient
Appointment
For the first visit, new patients will meet with one of our amazing volunteers for a consultation. After, follow up visits will be scheduled along the way. We work endlessly to provide the best medical care for our patients, both old and new.
Telemetry
Monitoring
Telemetry monitoring is when healthcare providers monitor the electrical activity of your heart for an extended time to check for abnormal heart rhythms.
Holter monitor 24 hr – 48 hr
Event Monitor 30 days
Mobile outpatient telemetry up to 2 weeks.
New Patient Appointment
New patients will have a consultation with one of our volunteers during first visit, followed by scheduled follow-ups. We are committed to providing the best medical care for all our patients.
Carotid Ultrasound
Carotid ultrasound uses sound waves to assess blood flow in carotid arteries on either side of the neck.
Electrocardiogram (ECG)
An electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) is a test that measures the electrical activity of the heartbeat. Evaluates heart rhythm and other signs of heart disease.

Preventive Cardiology/Health Equity Center
Our Coordinated Care Team consists of nurses and social services working together to ensure patients receive equal care and a healthier life by coordinating with their providers.
Lower Extremity Arterial Study
Lower extremity arterial study measures blood pressure in the arms and legs to identify artery blockages.
Stress Test
A stress test, sometimes called a treadmill test or exercise test, can show if the blood supply is reduced in the arteries that supply the heart.
