Bringing Equal Quality Care to the Community

Have a Heart with our partner Family Health Clinics held a free screening at FHC Iroquois on Saturday August 26. We screened over 20 patients for cardiovascular disease and provided the education to help them live a healthier life. We also partnered with U of L Cardinal Success Program and were able to perform mental health screening on those patients. Those at the highest risk will be referred back to our Health Equity Center for more education and care. This would not have been possible without our incredible volunteers.
